To enter the Mintaro Historical Society Incorporated’s History Room is to take a
journey back in time and immerse yourself in this fascinating town. The broad collection
of archive materials and photos ranges from the serving war soldiers to the original
farming land to the old traditions of yesteryear.
The History Room is always evolving
as the committee remain active. They are currently in the process of field studies
to GPS, map and photograph the town and the past dwellings in the Mintaro farming
area. This key research is paramount for capturing how the town and occupants have
changed through the years.
Come visit the History Room in person, it is currently open by appointment only. Please get in touch to organise your visit; we’re happy to cater for any individuals or groups.
